I received my M.S. degree in Biochemical Science and Technology from National Taiwan University in 2015. During my M.S. training, I worked in a traditional biochemistry lab and focused on the structure and regulation of starch phosphorylase from sweet potatos. Inspired by my roommate, I started to learn coding and later joined HK lab in June of 2017. My recent work is investigating the function of lncRNA in red fire ants. I also involve in an interdisciplinary project, dealing with pipeline development and data analysis. In addition to the research work, I in charged in maintaining the lab server system together with Tzu-Chieh.
