I received my B.Sc. degree in Life Sciences from National Cheng Kung Univsersity in 2018. Since 2016, I started focusing on Genomics science and bioinformatics. I was focusing on metagenomics data analysis and developing high performance compuational tools. I joined the lab as research assistant in July of 2018 and started working on genomics regulation and applied machine learning in biological system. I applied machine learning method to discovery the relationship between alternative splicing and transcription factors. Currently, I am interested in the function of extrachromosomal circular DNA (eccDNA) and its evolutionary significance.
