I’m now majoring in the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Taiwan University. I interest in algorithm design, in my senior year, my partner and I have designed a long-phasing algorithm which effectively accelerate the snp phasing procedure and raise the accuracy. Last year, I joined in summer internships at Professor Huai-Kuang Tsai’s laboratory, learning how to build a pipeline to deal with bioinformatics problems. Now, I am currently working on the network towards yeast and try to discover some intriguing problems.
